• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and COD options.
• Transactions are securely processed (PCI-DSS compliant).
• We do not store card details.
• Refund timelines follow RBI chargeback guidelines.

5. Cancellations

If You Cancel an Order

• Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch for a full refund.
• Refunds are processed within 30 days.

If We Cancel an Order

• Orders may be cancelled due to pricing errors, stock issues, or fraud alerts.
• You’ll be notified via email or phone if this occurs.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns or exchanges allowed within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment source.
• Non-returnable items will be mentioned on the product page.
