Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After Dispatch:
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you can request a return or exchange after delivery by referring to our Return & Exchange Policy.

💸 Refund Process

Once your return or cancellation is approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking) within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

🚫 Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Items purchased during sales or under promotional offers are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
